I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. They were super clean. the hotel boasts many beautiful restaurants. i found every member of staff to be friendly and cute.
My computer was broken upon returning to the room. I was disappointed. the management team did not accept any responsibility for this. after their investigation, they determined it wasn't their fault.

the food was good and the surroundings were great the resort is huge it has a souk bazaar not far from the place you can buy souvenirs i tried going on a boat
the room service was not the best on the last night of our stay we were not provided with bath salt and soap i think the amenities shall be provided in full per each night of stay i was not provided with help with our luggage during the check out despite calling the reception the hotel put expenses for a restaurant visit we had never been to

The hotel looked grand at first glance. i booked an ocean view beautiful room expecting a clear view, but my room only partially faced the ocean. The rest looked onto another building. i questioned this, but i was told the room pointed toward the ocean. i had to wait almost an hour and view several other rooms before a manager offered an upgrade at more than double the original price. This seemed like haggling rather than service.
